Project deposits
Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled within 3 business days of payment and before work begins. After work has started, deposits cover work completed and are non-refundable.
Project cancellations
If a project is cancelled mid-way, you pay only for work completed to date, and we deliver all completed files.
Ongoing services
Monthly services (SEO, ad management, care plans) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are given for partial months already billed.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is subject to their policies; we cannot refund it.
